• Experienced, dynamic, high caliber senior mortgage loan processing professional
• Minimum of 2-5 years of recent mortgage operations experience
• Proficiency in Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loan processing.
  Non QM knowledge/experience is a Plus
• A complete understanding of all required disclosures as well as the closing and post closing process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Provide proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners regarding loan questions and status updates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Computer savvy, including experience with mortgage software. Calyx Point experience a plus! Changing to Lending Pad
• Ability to manage multi-state pipeline plus multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Impeccable work ethic. Awesome attitude and results driven.
• Self-starter with a high energy level and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume team environment.
