- Minimum of 2-5 years of recent mortgage operations experience
- Proficiency in Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loan processing.
Non QM knowledge/experience is a Plus - A complete understanding of all required disclosures as well as the closing and post closing process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners regarding loan questions and status updates.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Computer savvy, including experience with mortgage software. Calyx Point experience a plus! Changing to Lending Pad
- Ability to manage multi-state pipeline plus multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Impeccable work ethic. Awesome attitude and results driven.
- Self-starter with a high energy level and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume team environment.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to both inside and outside customers.
