We are a legal collections law firm operating in several states and we are looking for a Bilingual Debt Collector with a good attitude to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Make/receive minimum 100 calls per day
- Adhere to FDCPA, client and internal compliance guidelines on calls
- follow up with customers on broken payment arrangements as well as process payments
- properly negotiate acceptable payment arrangements
- Work in a team environment
Qualifications:
- 1 year previous collections experience preferred
- Ability to learn FDCA, client & internal compliance guidelines for calls
- Good attendance is a must
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
