Beautician

Help our residents look their best while making them feel even better! At Thrive at Green Island, we believe beauty is about more than appearances—it's about confidence, dignity, and joy. We’re looking for a warm, compassionate, and talented Licensed Beautician to provide salon services to our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in our beautiful on‑site salon. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a difference one appointment at a time.

• Minimum of 2 days per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Opportunity to grow your client base within our community

• Provide haircuts, shampoos, styles, blowouts, and basic hair care services
• Perform color, perms, and other salon services as desired and appropriate
• Create a welcoming, uplifting salon experience for residents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary salon environment
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all state licensing, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Accommodate residents with varying mobility and cognitive abilities with patience and compassion

• Current Georgia Cosmetology License required
• Proof of current liability insurance required
• Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required
• Friendly, dependable, patient, and customer‑service focused
• Ability to work independently and manage appointment scheduling
