Must-Have:
First-time travelers not accepted.
Trauma Level II experience required.

Description:

Minimum experience required is 2 years.
Candidate will work with an adult to geriatric patient population.
The role involves both diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac cath lab.
A clinical screen will be conducted to assess clinical fit.
If the clinical pass is achieved and in compliance with guidelines, the candidate will proceed to the manager for a final decision.
Travelers are expected to work every other weekend unless specified.
If one major holiday occurs during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
If two major holidays occur during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both holidays.
If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
Full compliance is required to ensure timely start.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining equipment.
Performing diagnostic catheterizations and interventional procedures.
Monitoring patient status and recognizing life-threatening arrhythmias.
Maintaining a sterile field and adhering to infection control protocols.
Assisting with all aspects of patient care in the cath lab.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Providing accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
