* Patient Services Manager (PSM)

Acute Care | Columbus, GA

We are seeking a service-focused Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an acute care hospital in Columbus, GA. This is a primarily Monday-Friday role (7:00am - 4:00pm), with weekends and holidays shared in rotation with other managers.

This leader will oversee daily patient dining operations, ensure clinical diet compliance, and drive patient satisfaction while building and developing a strong frontline team. The PSM plays a direct role in elevating the patient experience and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, hire, train, and develop patient services team members

- Oversee implementation of patient food service programs based on medical direction and patient population

- Ensure compliance with special and modified diets within clinical guidelines

- Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, accrediting agency, and HIPAA regulations

- Participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs

Qualifications:

- Associate degree with one (1) year of food service experience, or Bachelor's degree in related field

- One (1) year of food service management experience preferred, ideally in acute care

- CDM, DTR, or RD preferred

- Serv Safe® certification desirable

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems
