Overview
Manages the day‑to‑day operations of various areas of Imaging to include off‑site locations of the hospital. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, monitoring staff performance, providing staff education, and implementing and directing Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement activities for the department. Participates in department budget preparation and management. Acts as a liaison between customers, technical staff, medical staff, and other departments within the hospital.
Education- Graduate of a program in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or Cardiovascular Sonography Required.
- 4 years of technical experience Required.
- Experience as a modality lead strongly Preferred.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, NMTCB, or CCI Upon Hire Required.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required.
