Shifts Available: 8-hr Shifts

• 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients. As a PRN position, you will work on an as-needed basis, with various shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitoring Vital Signs: Take and record patients' temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs as directed by the nursing staff.
• Assist in Mobility: Help patients with walking, positioning, and transferring from beds to wheelchairs, etc.
• Observation & Reporting: Report changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff or healthcare providers.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean and orderly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records as per facility standards.
• Support Nurses: Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and team members
• Ability to lift and transfer patients (assistance available when needed)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly
• Must be able to work flexible hours (day, evenings and nights)
