Certified Nursing Assistant- (PRN)
Location: Columbus, GA, 31907
Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $10 - $14/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our PRN team in Columbus, GA. As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
- Monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Report changes in patient conditions to nurses or supervisors promptly.
- Support mobility efforts by helping patients move, walk, or transfer from beds to wheelchairs.
- Maintain patient hygiene and room cleanliness.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow care plans as directed by nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
