About Us: Soliant Education is a leading provider of staffing solutions for educational institutions nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, hourly contract position in Stone Mountain, GA, for the  school year.

Position Overview: As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and social-emotional development by providing comprehensive occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' participation and success in the educational environment.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' occupational therapy needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services.
