Qualifications:
- MSW/MA/MS/MHS/M.Ed/MFT in Human Services
- NBCC or LPC preferred
- must obtain license within 3 years
- 1+ year clinical experience with children/adolescents/families
- solution-focused and crisis intervention skills
- strong verbal/written communication
- Provide solution-focused psycho-educational support services to assigned children/adolescents and caregivers
- conduct intake assessments
- apply trauma knowledge and TF-CBT strategies
- provide crisis counseling and caregiver education
- maintain schedule responsive to client needs
- Facilitate community/stakeholder education
- maintain confidential documentation and case tracking
- participate in staff/MDT meetings and trainings
- facilitate trauma-informed support groups and family sessions
- ensure treatment plans are followed
- additional duties as assigned
- Reports to Program Coordinator; completes ongoing training/CE.
