Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience treating outpatient orthopedic patients preferred.
• Productivity capability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and to see 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking of follow-up visits (preferred).
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
• Ability to work under a model that guarantees 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by the clinic director.
