We are currently hiring for a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Job Summary:The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding health and safety standards.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach with staff and customers
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Supervise and train food and beverage staff
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving service and profitability.
