Role Description The Hotel Leadership Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, GA, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring leadership talent for properties and the corporate office. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hotel and corporate leaders to understand staffing needs, developing targeted recruitment strategies, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance. The role involves screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating assessments and reference checks, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
The Hotel Leadership Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, leverage multiple recruitment channels and networking opportunities, and track key hiring metrics to support continuous improvement. This team member will also collaborate closely with HR on onboarding coordination, employer branding initiatives, and compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for hospitality or service-industry leadership roles, with strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and online recruitment platforms (e.g., Linked In, job boards), plus basic data analysis for hiring metrics.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with property-level and corporate leaders.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring, with attention to detail in documentation and process compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Background in hospitality, hotel operations, or service-focused industries is highly beneficial for understanding role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
