  • Utilize an AI governance model ensuring responsible, compliant, and ethical AI usage aligned to group standards.
  • Utilize the enterprise‑wide evaluation criteria and selection methodologies for emerging AI solutions, platforms, and vendors.

  • Partner with the CDIO and Group IT&D on cloud strategy, data architecture, security, performance, and operational excellence.
3. Technical Leadership Across Innovation & Product
  • Serve as the technical authority across all innovation initiatives, ensuring that new AI and digital solutions are architecturally sound and implementable at scale.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, AI specialists, data engineers, and platform technologists.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive and business line stakeholders.
  • Oversee technical validation of new solution bundles, pilots, and proofs‑of‑concept from ideation through scale.
4. Market Scanning, Competitive Analysis & Vendor Technology Evaluation
  • Continuously assess external AI and platform trends, competitor activity, and HRTech market evolution.
  • Maintain a strategic view of AI platforms, workflow orchestration tools, integration technologies, automation frameworks, and data intelligence engines.
  • Lead evaluation, prototyping, and selection of next‑generation technologies that materially advance LHH’s value proposition.
5. Solution Architecture & Delivery Oversight
  • Lead technical architecture for new global platforms and oversee sequencing, dependencies, and design principles.
  • Ensure alignment between AI capabilities, platform capabilities, data pipelines, and operational workflows.
  • Define and enforce engineering and architecture standards across LHH globally.
  • Partner with Product, Innovation, and Advisory lines to co‑design scalable, compliant, and monetizable digital solutions.
6. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Influence
  • Work closely with LHH ELT, Business Line Presidents, and IT&D to ensure technology decisions support business strategy and enable differentiation.
  • Act as LHH’s senior technical evangelist — educating leadership teams on AI, architecture, and emerging technology opportunities.
