We are looking for a German‑speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high‑potential companies – the unicorns of tomorrow – while building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high‑performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
• Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long‑term performance.
• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date client database.
• Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.

• Education:
  
  BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Languages:
  
  Native or C2‑level German + fluent English.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years in sales and/or marketing, with strong client‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
• Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.

• Deep understanding of German business practices and cultural nuances.
