- Extensive experience in program management and a deep understanding of technology landscapes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of project or program management, operations/IT management, or related work experience.
- Experience with AI tools (Cloud Code, Kiro, Copilot).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish effective communication with stakeholders on program status, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
- Identify and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, continuously monitoring and adjusting plans as needed.
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track program progress and report on these metrics to stakeholders, adjusting strategies to ensure success.
- Ensure all projects within the program meet required policies and standards to maintain high quality.
- Manage the impact of changes on the program, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Perform other duties as required.
Salary Range: $140,000 – $190,000.
