About the UAS department at Gresco:

With Gresco's long history of serving electric utilities throughout the southeast, our Unmanned Autonomous Solutions (UAS) department supports customers in the same region and across the entire United States.

The UAS team works closely with our core utility customers in the southeast, while also partnering with utilities nationwide, including:

• Electric Cooperatives
• Investor-Owned Utilities (IOUs)
• Municipal utilities and public power utilities
• Renewable energy organizations supporting hydro, solar, and wind
• Other utility and infrastructure-focused organizations

In addition to utilities, our UAS department supports a wide range of commercial customers who benefit from aerial operations, including:

• Engineering and surveying firms
• Architecture and design firms
• Industrial and infrastructure organizations

These customers rely on UAS solutions for aerial mapping, data collection, inspections, and advanced analytics to improve safety, efficiency, and decision-making.

  Executives, District Managers, Directors, various UAS employees, Information Technology, Marketing, Accounting, Product Team, warehouse operations, and various other Gresco employees.

  All personnel from Executive Leadership to Interns who may or may not be directly involved with UAS in utility & public safety organizations. Existing and new Gresco customers. Manufacturers of UAS and UAS-related products and software. Strategic industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level understanding of all UAS platforms, payloads, software tools, and related workflows supported by Gresco.
• Act as the technical point-of-contact for UAS Account Managers and Inside Sales, supporting customer needs analysis, solution design, and system recommendations.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 UAS Technicians with escalated technical troubleshooting, flight testing, and repair validation.
• Develop and conduct internal and external product training on-site, remote, or via webinar—tailored to specific customer missions and industry use cases.
