The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of Cargill's PC Transformation initiative, including PCaaS (PC as a Service) implementation, process optimization, and technology enablement. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage partner relationships, and ensure successful execution of procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls.

• Workshop & Stakeholder Alignment
  Facilitate workshops to align on operating models, process swim lanes, and SOP frameworks.
  Coordinate with internal teams (Digital Workplace, Finance, Sourcing, Service Desk) and external partners (Future Tech, DFS, Dell, Next Think).
• Process Definition & Documentation
  Define and document end-to-end processes for procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls.
  Develop and maintain process maps, operating models, and SOPs for approval, sourcing, RMA, asset refresh, deployment, loaner programs, disposal, contract renewal, and asset donation.
• Technology & Service Integration
  Oversee integration of Service Now workflows, catalog management, and automation.
  Support Next Think deployment, telemetry mapping, KPI definition, and dashboard rollout.
• Financial & Contract Management
  Finalize leasing terms, consolidation cadence, and financial processes.
  Manage invoicing, AP setup, contract renewals, and lease expirations.
• Change Management & Communication
  Establish and execute change management and communications plans for rollout.
  Track and report on action items, risks, and approvals.
