Our direct client in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned Sr. SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP S/4

HANA programs onsite. The ideal candidate brings deep end-to-end SAP delivery experience, strong PMO governance capabilities, and a proven ability to manage multi-stream programs across Fortune 500 and enterprise environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring executive‑level communication, budget ownership, and cross‑functional team management.

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4
  
  HANA program delivery including Greenfield, Brownfield, and RISE with SAP cloud migrations.
• Establish and govern PMO frameworks – milestone tracking, RAID logs, Q‑Gate reviews, and steering committee reporting.
• Manage full project financials including budget tracking, plan vs. actual analysis, resource planning, and SPI/CPI reporting.
• Drive cross-functional work streams spanning Finance, Supply Chain (P2P, OTC, RTR), EWM, WMS, and MES integrations.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology across Agile and Waterfall delivery models; manage sprint cycles and backlog using JIRA.
• Coordinate cutover planning, mock cutover exercises, transport sequencing, and go‑live stabilization.
• Manage ECC‑to‑S/4
  
  HANA data migration programs – data cleansing, business rules, validation, and synchronization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, SAP partners, and system integrators.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level dashboards, program scorecards, and status presentations for C‑suite audiences.
• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to drive user adoption and process transition.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams of 10–75 resources; oversee resource allocation, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
• Support SAP BTP integration initiatives, API management, and middleware connectivity within S/4
  
  HANA programs.

• 12+ years of SAP project/program management experience with full lifecycle delivery ownership.
• Hands‑on experience managing SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations – Greenfield, Brownfield, and RISE/Cloud migrations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology; experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Proven experience managing PMO governance, including RAID, Q‑Gate reviews, and executive reporting.
• Experience with ECC‑to‑S/4
  
  HANA data migration programs, including data cleansing, validation, and cutover.
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs with budgets ranging from $1M to $50M+.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, HP ALM, SharePoint, and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Experience managing multi-stream programs spanning Finance, SCM, P2P, OTC, RTR, EWM, and WMS modules.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Atlanta, GA – non‑negotiable.

• Experience with SAP GTS, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP GROW, Success Factors, or SAP HCM/ECP.
• Background in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, defense, pharma, or logistics.
• Exposure to M&A integrations, TSA management, and legacy carveout programs.
• Experience managing MES integrations and non‑SAP system connectivity within S/4
  
  HANA landscapes.
• PMI membership or PMP certification preferred; MBA a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) 7.2 and SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field (required)

• MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management or Business Administration (preferred)
