Child Development Schools is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver first-level technical support to end users via telephone, in person, and through our IT ticketing system. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep classroom and administrative operations running smoothly.
You will document actions, assist with onboarding of new users and equipment at sites, and escalate complex issues as needed. On-site work in Columbus, GA with occasional travel to our schools.
