Location (Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Leads strategic engagement efforts between University Information Technology Services (UITS) and institutional stakeholders. Drives technology alignment with University priorities, identifies and facilitates high-impact initiatives, and guides the overall department strategy to deliver business value and service excellence. Mentors department staff, oversees complex partnerships, and acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Five (5) years of experience in IT-business liaison roles, including at least two (2) years in a leadership or senior stakeholder engagement position.

Additional Preferred Qualifications Certified Business Relationship Manager (BRMP® or CBRM®) Certification

An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Experience aligning technology solutions with institutional strategy

• Travels between Kennesaw State campuses and locations as required to maintain effective relationships
• Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks, or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines while maintaining strategic focus

• Advanced knowledge of service management, business analysis, and value realization methodologies
• Experience in complex project and portfolio environments

• Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, time management, project management, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and technology literacy
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Skilled in building trust-based relationships and influencing at all levels of the organization
• Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
