The Data-Systems Integrity & Operations Support Analyst assists core business operations through accurate data management, business system support, tool testing, and cross-functional operational assistance. This role plays an important part in supporting enterprise platforms, operational workflows, reporting processes, and business technology initiatives across the organization.

The analyst will assist with initiatives related to new finance tool implementations, Salesforce audits and updates, Hub Spot support activities, reporting maintenance, and ongoing support for various business systems and internal teams. This position provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise operations, business systems, data governance, workflow management, and technology-driven process improvement within a professional corporate environment.

This opportunity is designed for an early career individual seeking practical experience in business systems, operations, data analytics, technology support, finance systems, or process improvement. The role offers exposure to modern business tools, operational processes, reporting environments, and enterprise-level collaboration across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, IT, or a related field. Exposure to Finance & Accounting concepts is highly desirable. The individual should demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and an interest in business operations, systems support, analytics, and process improvement.
