Aspirion, a mission-driven healthcare revenue cycle management company, is seeking a Senior BI Analytics Designer to turn complex healthcare and claims data into actionable insight. In this role, you will design and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models that power decision-making across complex claims, underpayments, and denials. Partnering with operations, clinical, and legal experts, you will define KPIs, improve data quality, and build scalable BI solutions that help hospitals and health systems recover revenue.
This role offers exposure to advanced analytics, payer behavior, and reimbursement challenges in a collaborative, performance-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to support revenue cycle performance
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions
- Analyze healthcare claims, denials, and underpayments to identify trends and revenue opportunities
- Partner with operations, clinical, and legal teams to define KPIs and standardize reporting
- Optimize data visualizations for clarity, usability, and decision support
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across BI assets
- Automate recurring reporting and build self-service analytics tools
- Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for leadership and clients
- Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines and governance
- Monitor BI solution performance and implement enhancements
