Local to Georgia preferred Pay Rate: $30.10/hr on W2 Job Responsibilities

Conduct IT training for GDOT employees, both onsite and remotely through Microsoft Teams.

Travel to GDOT offices in Georgia several times a month for classroom training.

Develop and update training materials for IT applications.

Create PowerPoint presentations, trainer guides, user manuals, quick reference guides, storyboards, and videos.

Identify user training needs and develop appropriate courses.

Manage course schedules, enrollments, attendance, testing, grades, and completions in an LMS.

Collect training feedback and improve courses based on surveys.

Work with IT teams and business units to identify training gaps.

Support training during UAT, application rollouts, and production.

Maintain training records, timekeeping, and performance reports.

5+ years Microsoft Office / Office 365.

4+ years IT training, technical training, IT applications, systems, or end-user support.

Strong verbal/written communication and presentation/teaching skills.

Ability to travel within Georgia for onsite training.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Teaching, IT, or similar; OR Associate Degree + IT experience; OR IT certifications + IT experience.

4+ years developing role-based IT training content.

Instructional design, visual design, storyboarding, and instructional writing.
