The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient with technology (i.e., software, hardware), possess strong multitasking skills, be comfortable working within a team as well as autonomously, and have strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone.

A general knowledge of automotive mechanics (e.g., adding oil, changing tires, how an engine works, etc.) will help you be successful in this role!

Monday through Friday
*** no weekends required***

Second shift availability is required, typically starting around 1:30 PM and ending around 10:00 PM.

• Responsible for driver and vendor communication via phones, email, or individual manufacturer web systems for all divisions.
• Answer and assist incoming calls from drivers and vendors.
• Update Maintenance system with current DOT inspections.
• Interact with Operations to ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner.
• Process vendor invoices, repair orders, and purchase orders.
• Update Qualcomm system as necessary.
• Access TMW to update driver and truck master files.
• Setup and issue EFS fuel cards to drivers.
• Arrange travel and hoteling for drivers and out-of-state mechanics.
• Submit, create, and distribute Pre Pass for company drivers.
• Create Repair Orders and locate repair facilities for all breakdowns and track history for repeat repairs.

• Mechanical Experience a plus!
• Able to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing situations
• Comfortable with basic computer programs, searching the web, and learning new programs
• Ability to communicate in a respectful manner.
• Able to work autonomously

The salary grade for this position ranges from $25.24 to $34.80/hr while offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
