  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with the team; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise; and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training them.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
