Our Role: Our Distribution Shipper is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping our specimen collection kits. Consistently performing the tasks assigned in a fast and accurate manner, while maintaining high standards with our quality and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in what we do every single day, ensuring our products are delivered in a safe and timely manner.

These are full-time positions on the off shift Monday through Friday 4pm-12am. Dependent on candidate experience, shift premium, etc. pay ranges from $16-18/hr weekly productivity bonuses also available (please see hiring manager or local HR for further detail to qualify.) Overtime will be scheduled as needed.

• Pack, and prepare items based on pick to-do list
• Scan and generate shipping labels
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy with standard procedures
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, etc.
• Ship items according to requirements in a fast and accurate manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA, FDA, and GMP company guidelines
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies
• Assist with other duties as assigned

What We Need:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational mindset
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Must possess ability to perform repetitive motion
• Willingness to work shift work and overtime as required

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of prior relevant experience
• Prior experience using shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
