About the role

In order to support cochlear implant recipients, we are recruiting for a Goods Receiver based in our new warehouse location in Centennial, CO. To be successful in this role you’ll be able to manage returns from recipient and clinical partners and well as Cochlear field staff. You’ll support the Supply Chain and work collaboratively with Customer Experience, Reimbursement, and Finance to ensure that returns from our customers are received in timely and accurately.

Returns are a key part of the order process. This workflow ensures orders requiring a return are closed, product is tracked and accounted for, and transactions that require credit are processed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support inbound receiving by lifting, unloading, and sorting inbound and returned goods.
  • Opens and assess all returns to identify Cochlear product types and packaging, ensuring accurate routing to appropriate processing workflows throughout the day.
  • Receive and process products for pending orders in Oracle by identifying open service requests and orders.
  • Create return orders as needed, validate order and recipient account details, confirm equipment, and ensure compliance with warranty and exchange policies prior to completing returns.
  • Process Cochlear field returns by transferring products, including training equipment, out of the field reps inventory and into their designated locations while also evaluating items for potential internal reuse.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to investigate returns requiring additional research or those that fall outside of the warranty and exchange policies.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate teams to address credit related issues to ensure recipient and clinical orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage outgoing Salesforce cases by creating, updating, and closing cases related to serialized warranty repair returns that require additional research or information to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Inspect and asses returned products to determine eligibility for being returned to inventory.
  • Process products to be repaired, discarded, or restocked.
  • Replenish approved product back to stock.
  • Communicate inventory requirements with Supply Chain teams as needed.
Key Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-3 Years of Experience OR 1 year of Cochlear warehouse experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to positively interact with team and build strong, professional relationships.
Total Rewards

Pay Range in the United States: $22.50/hr - $25.00/hr based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
