This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor role based in Columbus, GA. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and manage the maintenance team, ensuring that all equipment and properties are functioning efficiently. This role includes responsibilities such as conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving system and equipment issues, and supervising maintenance and repair tasks. The Maintenance Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain continuous communication with property managers and residents.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation.
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge and experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting of various systems and equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices preferred.
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
