This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Columbus, GA, for a Lead Technician at Rolling Suds of Columbus‑Auburn. The Lead Technician will oversee daily power washing operations, managing a team, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining equipment. Key responsibilities include operating power washing equipment, ensuring precise execution of cleaning services, troubleshooting equipment issues, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

The Lead Technician will train and guide team members to achieve high‑quality results while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Proficiency in power washing, pressure washing, and soft washing techniques
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including team management and task delegation
• Technical knowledge of cleaning equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience in safety protocols related to equipment operation and hazardous environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in power washing, construction, or related fields is a plus
