The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Must be available to work Monday-Friday. Pay rate $12.00/hr must pass a background check. Seeking eager, positive, and self-motivated individual to join our team before our heavy summer schedule. Must carry 50 lbs. Ability to follow direction. The role includes top-to-bottom clean-up, stripping and waxing floors. Experience helpful but not required.

Training provided.

Typical duties include maintaining cleanliness of buildings/facilities, following procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying managers of necessary repairs, establishing effective communication with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and maintaining safety, security, compliance and quality standards.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
• Notify Manager about need for repairs or additions
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, supervisors
• Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas
• Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners
• Wash and replace blinds
• Gather and empty trash
• Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other seasonal tasks
• Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms
