Director Exploration

We are looking for a Director Exploration to lead and execute mineral exploration programs in central Georgia. This role is responsible for technical leadership, team management, and the safe, efficient advancement of exploration activities supporting the Company’s rare earths and critical minerals portfolio.

• Lead exploration from early-stage targeting to advanced evaluation
• Oversee geology, geophysics, geochemistry, drilling, and data interpretation
• Build a culture of safety, collaboration, and technical excellence
• Engage with communities and ensure environmental stewardship
• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s in Geology or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10–15 years of progressive mineral exploration experience
• Proven leadership in field programs and team management
• Strong understanding of environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance
• Willingness to relocate to Manchester, GA
