Loss Restoration Manager

ServiceMASTER, the nation's leader in disaster restoration services, is seeking a Large Loss Restoration Manager for our Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will have experience with large commercial restoration including water, fire, smoke damage, and construction. The candidate must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.

• Evaluating large commercial losses to determine work to be performed.
• Managing and scheduling activities of all personnel including subcontractors on the jobsite to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of the job.
• Establishing an approved vendor network for various locations.
• Developing and maintaining a business relationship with insurance adjusters and general contractors.
• Working with facility managers and insurance adjusters and serving as a liaison between the customer and insurance carrier.
• Managing all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability and minimizing business interruption for the customer.
• Performing restoration and drying in large commercial buildings.
• Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner and all safety rules are followed.

• Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.
• Must have project management experience.
• Must have large loss restoration background.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must possess a sense of urgency, problem solving, and decision making.
• Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software; familiarity with Xactimate software is a plus.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must be able to estimate the value of a project.
• Working knowledge of basic office equipment.
• Must be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software and others as necessary.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, have a clean background and driving record.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
