The National Director of Field Reimbursement is responsible for the development and performance of all field reimbursement activities with the assigned partner. This position builds and manages a team of Regional Access Directors and provides leadership towards the achievement of our partner's objectives in line with company vision and values. The National Director will identify market opportunities and challenges, then develop, implement, and follow through on action plans that address them through the team, including coaching team members to support corporate growth.
The National Director is responsible for evaluation of success, optimizing the opportunity and effectively communicating results to partners and EVERSANA internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and agreed-upon specialty targets
- Maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive both top- and bottom-line results
- Ensure smooth, collaborative efforts in both day-to-day and long-term business execution
- Set tone and pace for business process and organization
- Maintain required technical expertise to respond accurately to all questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues from customers and representatives
- Effectively plan and conduct plan of action and other meetings with members of Corporate Leadership
- Have complete understanding of all relevant compliance laws, policies and processes
- Ensure actions of self and team are fully compliant
- Provide direction and insights to key internal partners in business planning process
- Consistently exemplify both EVERSANAand Client’s Cultural Beliefs and high ethical standards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- All other duties as assigned.
People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values. In addition to the critical management and leadership tasks listed above, this role also includes the following unique responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, educate and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance individual skills and elevate overall team performance
- Hold direct reports accountable to behaviors and expectations
- Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
- Day to day management of entire field reimbursement leadership and team
- Determine job objectives, work methods, and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives; engage in performance appraisal discussions with each employee; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
