Create and maintain CMM programs for blades, standardized for use across machines where possible;
Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and manufacturing standard work improvements;
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement;
Utilize advance GD&T knowledge to program CMMs;
Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and calibrations
