Role TypeOnsite – Employees work primarily onsite.
What You Will Do- Maintain DOME, ESVR and SAP with accurate CEC scheduling data to ensure we meet our Engine Induction and Shipment plan.
- Manage each gate to the defined gated start and close (example – Inductions to G1 close, or Material Clear to G2 Roll).
- Develop a roadmap by gate to support the overall master schedule and yearly commitments.
- Monitor engine mix and engine hours to support a forward growth plan.
- Work alongside Operations to drive overall efficiency and engine readiness.
- Manage out-of-sequence work events and determine line load/sequence when needed (e.g., test cell rejects, quick‑turn campaigns).
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in operations or MRO, or an advanced degree and 6 months experience in operations or MRO, or a high school diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in operations or MRO.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Salary range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
