Raytheon - 8801/8987 Macon Rd - Responsibilities:
Prepare jet engine components for coating through cleaning, masking, blasting, and surface preparation processes;
Apply coatings and finishes in accordance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and approved work instructions;
Set up and operate blast booths, spray equipment, and other coating-related tools and equipment;
Perform self-inspections and peer inspections to ensure coating quality, process compliance, and adherence to established standards;
Inspect finished components, verify coating thickness and quality, and troubleshoot coating defects as needed
