Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Team Member responsible for producing high quality dough within PJ Food Service specifications, maintaining equipment in a highly sanitized environment, and ensuring proper dough handling. Positions are available for first and second shifts; second shift includes sanitation duties. Pay up to $20/hr.

• Produce high quality dough according to PJ Food Service specifications.
• Maintain all equipment in a highly sanitized environment and handle dough properly.
• Place dough balls into clean trays, date, stack, down-stack, and rotate trays according to cooling temperature practices.
• Maintain and document GMP standards on cleanliness and sanitation.
• Pre-soak dough trays and process them through the tray washer.
• Perform advanced lock‑out/tag‑out of all dough production equipment before cleaning/sanitizing.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dough-processing equipment and production room after production.
• Document and sign off on processes such as sanitation, rejection procedures, and dough weight.
• Adhere to safety practices, including wearing proper safety equipment and uniform.
• Perform general housekeeping for the Quality Control Center as requested.
• Operate floor‑maintenance equipment to clean carpets and flooring.
• Use cleaning chemicals and PPE safely and properly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, HACCP policies, federal and state regulations (OSHA, FDA, DOL), and company procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Food handling certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Good eye‑hand coordination.
• Experience with repetitive activity for prolonged periods.
• Basic mathematical skills preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills preferred.
