PositionWe are hiring full‑time Production Associates in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. In this role you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.
Your RoleYou will work in a dynamic environment that values adaptability and quick thinking. You will cross‑train to broaden your skill set and collaborate with teammates to achieve excellence. Safety will be a fundamental aspect of your daily responsibilities, and you will maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Responsibilities- Assemble or manufacture cabinet parts to meet production goals.
- Read measurements, drawings, or calculate numbers as required.
- Use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Minimum age 18, reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (10–12 hours).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment preferred.
1st shift:
Monday – Thursday, 7am – 5:30pm.
