The Shipping Clerk is responsible for maintaining communication between shipping/loading and manufacturing teams. The Shipping Clerk will emphasize our “no headaches” promise to our customers.

• Maintain effective communication with various departments on load/material status.
• Proactively address any material or delay issues with sales teams.
• Resolve problems regarding load completion, driver delays, material delays, etc.
• Coordinate load pick up times with transportation and shipping.
• Provide thorough status updates to sales teams and customers as requested.
• Work with various company programs to ensure job completion.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a shipping or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Shipping and customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Microsoft Suite experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs and climb on trailers as needed.

• This position operates in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and outdoor conditions may occur.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toe boots must be worn as required.
• Frequent movement between office, shop, and yard areas may be necessary to perform job duties.
