Production Line Associate – Windows Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Overtime Available

Join a fast‑paced windows manufacturing team where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. We’re looking for dependable Production Line Associates to help apply glazing materials, inspect window components, and keep production moving efficiently.

• Apply plastic sealant and glazing materials to windows.
• Inspect materials to ensure correct size, style, quality, and condition.
• Help fabricate frames and support production line needs.
• Use hand tools and read tape measurements accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
