Daniel Defense is seeking a Team Leader for the Aluminum Department in Black Creek, GA. This hourly, full‑time role will guide a 5–9 person team, ensure daily production targets, safety and quality standards, and Lean improvements in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
You will train and coach team members, lead daily safety meetings, implement SOPs, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues while maintaining on‑time shifts and KPI reporting.
