RTX Pratt & Whitney's Columbus Forge team seeks a Machining Working Lead to guide daily machining operations with hands-on CNC expertise and leadership, while mentoring machinists and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals.
You will lead on the production floor, support continuous improvement, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, read blueprints, and maintain WIP with a focus on high-quality aerospace components. 2nd shift, 4:00pm-2:30am.
