**** Plant Manager – Woodbine, GA
**** Position Summary
** The Plant Manager provides overall leadership and operational direction for the Woodbine tube and core facility, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, production planning, quality, and environmental health & safety functions. This role is accountable for delivering safe, efficient, and profitable operations while driving continuous improvement, employee development, and execution of business objectives. The Plant Manager leads multiple teams and is responsible for translating strategic priorities into operational results, ensuring performance aligns with short- and mid-term business goals.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Operational Leadership
*** Lead all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and operational excellence initiatives.
* Establish performance expectations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
* Develop and execute operational improvement plans that enhance plant performance and support business growth.
** Safety, Quality & Compliance
*** Foster a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
* Maintain accountability for environmental, health, safety, and quality performance across the facility.
* Ensure systems, equipment, and processes support safe, compliant, and reliable operations.
** People Leadership
