This is a 2nd Shift position:
Monday – Thursday, 2PM – 12:30AM.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor forging presses and related equipment to shape metal into precision aerospace components.
  • Read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to perform machine setups and produce parts within required tolerances.
  • Inspect and measure forged parts using precision measuring tools to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Install, adjust, and remove dies, fixtures, and tooling while monitoring equipment performance and identifying potential issues.
  • Work safely and collaboratively with teammates to maintain production flow, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Manufacturing experience operating production equipment, performing machine setups, conducting quality inspections, or working in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
  • Experience performing machine setups, tooling or die changes, and equipment adjustments.
  • Experience working in an aerospace, automotive, metals, or heavy manufacturing environment.
