Job Summary:The Working Lead provides leadership support and directly oversees FAA-sensitive work for Gate 1, Gate 3 or Internal Repair.
This is a Weekend position:Friday – Sunday 6:30am – 7pm
What You Will Do:
- First point of contact for Bench Inspection, Configuration Inspection, Materials, Engineering, Customer Service & Quality respectively
- Monitor and ensure processes meet Company objectives, goals and targets
- Direct material flow through proper channels
- Perform module interface inspections and disposition
- Monitor/ensure discrepancies and material holds are dispositioned appropriately and timely
- Ensure close out and forward required work scopes and package requirements to Records
- Include for 2nd WK Shift: 2nd-weekend shift employees are expected to participate in ongoing cross-training across assembly cells and support functions. Cross-functional teamwork helps ensure operational flexibility, consistent throughput, and high-quality engine delivery.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, Powerplant (P) or Repairman Certificate* (
* Role Contingent upon completion of Repairman’s Certificate –CEC Form 418 must be completed upon acceptance) - 6+ years’ experience in aviation engine overhaul and repair.
- GTF and/or MECoE module experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
Disassembly, Inspection or Assembly - Include for 2nd WK Shift: 2nd-weekend shift employees are expected to participate in ongoing cross-training across assembly cells and support functions. Cross-functional teamwork helps ensure operational flexibility, consistent throughput, and high-quality engine delivery.
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in DIVEs, QCPC, and CORE
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
