You will set up, adjust, weld, and inspect parts per blueprints, create samples, and maintain 5S workplace standards. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and documentation in a dynamic fabrication environment.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of MIG/TIG experience, are able to read drawings, and can lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime flexibility and strong communication are required.
