We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end process of launching marketing communications - from the initial request to campaign dispatch.

The role is focused on stakeholder communication, requirements formalization, execution coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement of the campaign workflow.

• Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end — from request intake to launch.

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and formalize requirements.

• Translate business requests into clear tasks, priorities, and timelines.

• Coordinate execution across teams and keep launches on track.

• Ensure campaign quality and help reduce errors and rework.

• Improve the campaign workflow through better processes, templates, and checklists.

• 3+ years in Project Management or a similar role.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.

• Ability to structure ambiguous requests and drive them to completion.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech environment.

• English at B2 level or higher.

• Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.

• Basic SQL or experience working closely with analytics/technical teams.

• Experience in marketing, CRM, or customer communications.
