Qualifications:
Bachelors in Social Services (Masters preferred); 3 years supervisory experience in human services; grant writing and program reporting experience; knowledge of accreditation standards and funding for CACs; prior case management/child welfare a plus; willing to work non-traditional hours; strong multidisciplinary collaboration. Reports to Director of Advocacy.
- Provide programmatic oversight for Childrens Tree House (forensic, mental health, medical)
- staff supervision, training, incident reporting, and scheduling
- stakeholder collaboration and education
- conduct forensic interviews within circuit
- provide/oversee expert testimony
- manage budgets and grants
- maintain national/state accreditation standards (CACGA, NCA, COA)
- serve as CACGA representative
- coordinate Child Abuse Protocol for the circuit
- oversee facility operations and safety
- conduct community prevention/education
- supervise master1-level interns
