Job Details

Monday - Friday, 8‑hour Day Shift. TRUE Administrative Supervisor role.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

The Nurse Administrator (RN) leads daily administrative functions, overseeing RN's & LPN's, maintaining performance and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities include rounding, leading morning staff meetings, and participating in hiring and training of new staff.

• Oversee daily operations of RNs & LPNs, maintaining performance and ensuring compliance.
• Conduct rounding and lead morning staff meetings.
• Participate in hiring and training of new staff.
• Monitor patient care quality and compliance standards.

• Registered Nurse with active GA license.
• Leadership experience as a Supervisor or higher.
• Proven experience training/mentoring staff, ensuring high quality patient care, and maintaining compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• BLS Certified.
